Heimat will provide you with a refund of the original purchase price or an exchange upon return of the product(s) with proof of purchase, if the product was:

• Unopened
• Within (30) days of the date of purchase.

All refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Product(s) may be exchanged for any product(s) up to the purchase value of the returned product(s). Any additional amount owing beyond the value of the returned product(s) must be paid by the customer.
